Delivery Information
Our organic chickens are currently slaughtered, processed, and packed once per month. Processing usually takes place during the first or second week of each month, depending on the natural growth and readiness of the birds.
All orders are delivered directly from our cutting plant to ensure maximum freshness and quality.
As our business continues to grow, we hope to increase the frequency of our slaughtering and processing schedule to offer more regular deliveries in the future.

If you require delivery on a specific day, please leave a note at checkout or email us directly, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Packaging & Freshness Guarantee
We use a trusted 24-hour DPD delivery service to ensure your order arrives fresh and in excellent condition.
All orders are carefully packed in insulated thermal boxes with ice packs or gel packs to maintain freshness during transit. In the event of an unexpected courier delay, our packaging is designed to keep products safe for up to 48 hours in transit.

- Free delivery on orders over £85
- Before Noon Delivery available for:
- £13 on orders under £85
- £4 on orders over £85
Customer Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that someone is available to receive the parcel on the day of delivery.
If delivery is attempted and no one is available at the delivery address, the parcel may be returned to the depot and the goods may perish. In such circumstances, Black Seed Farm cannot accept responsibility or liability for any resulting loss, and no claims or refunds can be made.
